Which is stronger, laser welding or traditional welding?

Do you think laser welding, with its faster processing speed and higher quality, may quickly occupy the entire processing technology field? However, the answer is that traditional welding will continue. And depending on your usage and process, traditional welding techniques may never disappear. So, what are the pros and cons of each method in the current market?

Fusion Line has laser assisted welding wires that can introduce more quality into the weld seam, bridging gaps up to 1 millimeter wide.

Traditional welding methods will still be very popular. Broadly speaking, the three traditional welding types used in industry are MIG (metal inert gas), TIG (tungsten inert gas), and resistance points. In resistance spot welding, two electrodes suppress the parts to be joined between them, forcing a large current to pass through the point. The resistance of the part material generates heat that welds the parts together, which is the mainstream method in the automotive industry, especially in white body welding.
