1. Hydraulic Clamping System for Anti-deformation Welding
The segmented hydraulic clamping device is the core design to guarantee flat welding surface:
- When pillow plate sheets are delivered to the welding zone, hydraulic fixtures tightly lock a 100mm welding area;
- After finishing the 100mm seam, the hydraulic cylinder lifts automatically, the sheet moves backward 100mm by servo motor, then clamping & welding repeat cyclically until the whole plate is fully welded;
- Uniform multi-point hydraulic pressure eliminates sheet warping & thermal deformation during welding, ensures consistent weld penetration and improves air tightness of finished pillow plates.
2. High-performance Wobble Weld Head
Our fiber laser welding machine is equipped with industrial wobble welding heads (WSX / RayTools / Precitec optional), supporting adjustable laser beam width, wobble frequency and amplitude for flexible process optimization.
- 4 standard wobble modes: CW/CCW Circle, Linear, Eight, Infinity
- Fully sealed lightweight structure with high laser power bearing capacity, improves laser energy conversion rate
- Weld width adjustable from 0.5mm to 5mm, smooth welding surface without secondary polishing

3. Full Automatic Servo Feeding & Continuous Welding Line
Integrated with automatic roller feeding table, X/Y/Z 3-axis servo driving system, intelligent control cabinet and external HD CCD monitoring camera. The whole production line realizes unmanned automatic feeding, positioning, clamping and cyclic welding, greatly cutting labor cost and boosting mass production efficiency of pillow plate heat exchangers.
