    High Welding Precision: Professional laser mold welding machines are usually equipped with high-power microscope lenses or precision galvanometer systems, with the laser spot diameter reducible to 0.1-0.3mm. It enables point-to-point precise cladding and meets the requirements of micron-level repair.
     
    Small Heat-Affected Zone: Heat generated by laser welding and other methods is concentrated on the welding area with a narrow heating range, which will not cause deformation of precision molds. It is especially suitable for the repair of high-value molds.
     
    High Welding Strength: The welding area achieves firm fusion with an extremely high welding strength of approximately 90% of the base metal. The repaired parts can be subject to subsequent processing such as milling and filing.
     
    Easy Operation: Certain models such as the LD-B1 mold repair cold welder require no argon gas protection and feature one-click welding mode activation. Operators without welding experience can master the operation after simple training.
